They are requesting personal information such as credit/debit card number, Phone ID, Member/Account number, Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or Online Banking log in credentials. Please do not give out this information. Our fraud center will never call you asking for personal information. Please if you receive any communications to this nature, hang up and call us to report the incident. Help us help you protect your financial wellbeing.

OHCU will NEVER call and ask for your debit card number. If you receive a call or text claiming to be from our Fraud Department. The number is being spoofed and is not OHCU. If in doubt, please hang up and call us directly or visit your local branch.
